Brussels - European Insitutions, NATO, and Lobbying.
Studying, working, and living in: Belgium. Brussels is the de facto capital of Europe, home to the EU institutions, NATO, and one of the world’s most active lobbying ecosystems. The Study Mission will focus on: a) how to apply for the best universities in Belgium,; and b) how to build a career within the EU institutions, NATO, and the world of European lobbying and public affairs, from EU traineeships and EPSO competitions to positions in think tanks and NGOs.
The Hague - International Law
Studying, working, and living in: The Netherlands. The Hague is the world’s legal capital, home to the ICC, the ICJ, the OPCW, and dozens of international tribunals, making it the most important city on earth for anyone pursuing a career in international law. The Study Mission will focus on: a) how to apply for top universities in the Netherlands; and b) how to build a career in international justice, from clerkships at the ICC and ICJ to positions within international organizations and human rights NGOs.
London - Finance and Global Markets
Studying, working, and living in: the United Kingdom. London is the financial capital of the world, from the Bank of England and Lloyd’s to the London Stock Exchange and Canary Wharf, it remains the most sought-after destination for graduates pursuing careers in banking, finance, and regulation. The Study Mission will focus on: a) how to apply for the best UK universities; and b) how to enter the financial services sector in London, from graduate schemes at investment banks to careers in fintech, regulation, and insurance.
Geneva - Human Rights, Diplomacy, and NGOs
Studying, working, and living in: Switzerland. Geneva is the global capital of international cooperation, hosting the UN European headquarters, the ICRC, the WHO, the WTO, and hundreds of international organizations and NGOs. Few cities concentrate so much multilateral influence and international opportunity. The Study Mission will focus on: a) how to apply for the best universities in Switzerland; and b) how to build a career within the UN system, the ICRC, or the international NGO sector, from UN competitive examinations and Young Professionals Programmes to internships with international organizations.
Washington DC & New York - Defence, Finance, and United Nations.
Studying, working, and living in: the United States of America. Three cities, one mission. New York, the global financial and diplomatic capital. Washington DC, the seat of the most powerful government on earth. Philadelphia, the birthplace of American democracy. The Study Mission will focus on: a) how to apply for top US universities, with dedicated sessions on admissions, financial aid, and academic life; and b) how to build a career in American finance, international institutions, and US federal government — from Wall Street and the World Bank to Capitol Hill and the United Nations.
Beijin & Shanghai - Innovation and Corporation
Studying, working, and living in: China. China is the world’s second-largest economy and its fastest-growing innovation powerhouse, with Beijing as the country’s academic and policy capital and Shanghai as its global financial and corporate hub. Home to world-leading companies in artificial intelligence, fintech, and advanced manufacturing, China is reshaping industries at a speed unmatched anywhere else. The Study Mission will focus on: a) how to apply for the best universities in China; and b) how to build a career in China’s innovation and corporate sector, from tech giants and startups to multinational headquarters and financial firms.
