In a rapidly changing scenario, YO works every day to make the voices of the new generations seen, heard, and truly valued.

Young Organization, also known by the acronym YO, is an international non-profit born in Brussels with an ambitious yet essential goal: to unite and strengthen the role of new young generations – particularly young people aged 14 to 28 – by offering them tools, spaces, and opportunities to grow, express themselves, and make a real impact on society.

Young Organization is not just an association, it is a growing community, a catalyst for talent and ideas. It is a starting point for those who believe that young people deserve not only a place in the future, but the power to build it.

The meaning behind our logo

The visual identity of YO – Young Organization is inspired by the mythological figure of Atlas, the Titan condemned to carry the sky on his shoulders for eternity. A symbol of strength, duty, and resilience, Atlas represents the burden and the privilege of bearing the weight of the world.
In our logo, this image is reimagined for today: it is the new generations who now carry this responsibility. They hold both the burden and the honor of shaping the future of Europe and beyond.
Our symbol is more than just a graphic mark: it’s a message. A call to young people not to stand by, but to step up as active builders of change.
A special thank you to the talented artist, and dear friend, Luca Barrel (@luca.barrel) for turning our vision into a powerful symbol, with creativity, passion, and meaning.
