Young Organization (YO) is an international non‑profit founded in Brussels, dedicated to empowering young Europeans (ages 14–28) to discover their path, build real‑world skills, and shape the future—together. YO is more than an association: it’s a vibrant community, a catalyst for ideas and talent, and a springboard for those who believe youth should not only inherit the future, but actively help build it.

Our mission is to amplify youth voices in a rapidly evolving Europe, addressing major challenges such as climate change, digital transformation, migration, and socio‑economic shifts. Like the mythological figure Atlas, who carried the world on his shoulders, we equip young people with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to take meaningful action. By transforming what may seem like overwhelming responsibility into an opportunity for heroism, we empower each individual to become a protagonist in shaping tomorrow.
