A Model United Nations (MUN) is an immersive educational experience that allows students to step into the role of diplomats, representing countries and negotiating solutions to global challenges within simulated international bodies.

Organized by Young Organization (YO), our MUN conferences are designed to combine academic rigor with real-world skills, offering participants a unique opportunity to experience international diplomacy firsthand.

MUN YO conferences take place across eight major European cities: Rome, Madrid, Paris, Brussels, London, Berlin, Vienna, and Malta, bringing together students from all over the world.

The program is open to middle school, high school, and university students, with committees and formats tailored to different age groups and levels of experience.

Each conference consists of three full days of international simulation, during which participants debate, negotiate, draft resolutions, and work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

Our events range from 500 to over 2,000 participants, creating a dynamic, realistic, and highly engaging setting that mirrors real international conferences.

Through MUN, students develop essential skills such as public speaking, critical thinking, negotiation, leadership, and teamwork, while gaining a deeper understanding of global affairs and international institutions.

More than a simulation, a YO MUN conference is a formative experience that prepares young people to become active, informed, and globally minded citizens.
